Aneurin is a seasoned Operations Manager in the Adventure and Expedition industry, with over 10 years varied application across the world, and 7 years of advanced military training in small teams in remote and hostile environments. Experience across such a broad set of industries has led to sharpened skills across different fields, leading to a versatile and adaptive approach - and fostered a love in particular, for solving problems with creative, lateral and well thought out solutions.

Working for over 10 years in the advertising industry, Katy has invaluable experience working with production teams for TV and film and with a background in event management and client services, loves nothing more than helping to bring a challenging project to life. Day to day she hunts out new opportunities for us and assists on productions, but also a full-time copywriter she’s our creative consultant, responsible for bringing the Black Aspect vision to life.

A seasoned risk management specialist with over ten years experience in the military and working on film shoots all over the world. Based in UAE, he is our go-to man for all things middle east.

A very experienced retired Police Officer and former Soldier with 32 combined years’ service. Stephen has had a varied career as a Soldier (5 years), Detective (10), Advanced Police Driver (10), Acting Police Sergeant (3). As well as a Royalty and Specialist Protection Firearms Officer using his skills and experience in the Police Service and Military to further his career in Close Protection.

Chris has been working in the military and private sectors since 2010 in both operational and planning roles. As a mountain expert I provide safety and security for clients of all kinds in rugged and inaccessible regions around the world. I have worked with private clients, and film crews in remote and high-risk environments. I have been a part of a rescue mission for a photographer stuck at 7500m, successfully locating and extracting them from the mountain.

Jake has been working in surveillance and close protection for the last 4 years, applying his many years of practical experience across the world including working in hostile environments to every task he now takes on.

Experienced in delivering safety and security in high-threat environments and difficult situations internationally. He is confident working solo or as part of a team in bomb disposal, technical surveillance countermeasures or security risk management. He has been deployed with Black Aspect to provide executive protection and in his spare time he pioneers expeditions to scout out BASE exits all over the world.
