A risk specialist in hostile environments, his strengths lie in advising on practical safety measures and logistics on more creative and imaginative challenges off the beaten path. A lover of photography and videography, Nico is great at putting a creative spin on safety and can capture your content in hard to reach places.

Nick is a highly skilled and efficient Director of Photography, with experience across documentary and commercial productions for the BBC, Netflix, and Disney Plus among others. He has spent his career honing his skills in some of the most remote and challenging locations on Earth, from the Amazon rainforest to the Icelandic tundra, with plenty in-between. He is a multi-skilled technician and an experienced drone pilot, with a GVC and also FAA Part 107 certification.

Experience across such a broad set of industries has led to sharpened skills across different fields, leading to a versatile and adaptive approach – and fostered a love in particular, for solving problems with creative, lateral and well thought out solutions.

Stephen has had a varied career as a Soldier (5 years), Detective (10), Advanced Police Driver (10), Acting Police Sergeant (3). As well as a Royalty and Specialist Protection Firearms Officer using his skills and experience in the Police Service and Military to further his career in Close Protection.

Chris has been working in the military and private sectors since 2010 in both operational and planning roles. As a mountain expert he provides safety and security for clients of all kinds in rugged and inaccessible regions around the world. He has worked with private clients, and film crews in remote and high-risk environments, and has been a part of a rescue mission for a photographer stuck at 7500m, successfully locating and extracting them from the mountain.
